Taylor Brader Associate
Taylor is an associate of the firm who concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate and business law. Taylor frequently advises clients regarding business formation, commercial contract negotiation and drafting, shareholder disputes, trademark registration, commercial leases, and transactions for the purchase or sale of businesses. Taylor additionally assists clients in preparation of their estate planning documents, including drafting of Last Will and Testaments, Health Care and Durable Powers of Attorney, and Advance Directives, often known as “Living Wills.” Prior to joining Jordan Price, Taylor practiced litigation with a prominent Raleigh firm, and she now uses her litigation background to provide value to her clients, as she understands what may lead to future disputes or liability and is able to help clients avoid common pitfalls that could result in litigation if not addressed. Taylor earned her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2015 after earning a B.A. in Spanish and International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
