Vason Hamrick is a partner whose practice focuses on business and corporate law. He works closely with small and closely held businesses across a range of industries, advising owners and leadership teams on formation, governance, commercial contracts, and significant transactions such as the purchase or sale of a business. Vason provides practical legal guidance during the key moments that shape a company’s growth, helping clients structure organizations, negotiate agreements, and navigate complex business decisions. 

Vason takes a relationship-driven approach to his work, serving as a long-term legal advisor to many of his clients. Businesses rely on him for clear, practical advice that supports both day-to-day operations and major strategic decisions. By focusing on accessibility, responsiveness, and thoughtful problem-solving, he helps business owners move forward with confidence while managing legal risk effectively.

Prior to joining the firm, Vason served as in-house counsel to an investment administration firm, where he advised registered investment companies and other investment funds on corporate matters and compliance with federal securities laws. This experience provides him with valuable insight when working with clients involved in regulated industries and complex financial structures.
