Abby Breedlove is a Senior Associate in the firm’s commercial real estate practice, where she represents developers, business owners, investors, and lenders in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. Her practice focuses on the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and disposition of commercial and mixed-use properties. Abby regularly advises clients throughout the lifecycle of development projects, from initial feasibility and due diligence through construction financing and the ultimate sale or leasing of the property. She also provides strategic guidance on title matters, including certification, defect resolution, and easement planning to support development projects. 

Abby approaches each transaction with a practical, goal-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to responsiveness. Clients rely on her for thoughtful planning, timely execution, and an effective negotiation style.  By focusing on clear communication and careful attention to detail, she works closely with clients to anticipate issues early and move transactions forward efficiently.

  • Handles a broad range of title-related matters, including title certification, review of title in connection with site plans and surveys, and resolving title defects.
  • Develops easement strategies and utility access planning to support commercial and residential development projects.
