Simon is an associate attorney who practices in the litigation section of the firm. He is committed to delivering practical and results-driven solutions to his clients in a wide variety of general litigation matters, including construction law, real property disputes, business and commercial litigation, community association law, and general civil litigation. With a passion for problem-solving, Simon combines thoughtful advocacy with a competitive edge. He is known by clients and colleagues for the calm, focused, and confident approach he brings to his work.
Before joining the team at Jordan Price, Simon gained practical legal experience advising clients through the North Carolina Intellectual Property Clinic and working in the chambers of Judge Richard Myers of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
Born and raised in Mount Airy, North Carolina, Simon later moved to Chapel Hill to complete his undergraduate and law degrees. He brings the professionalism of his formal legal training together with the personalized, attentive service shaped by his small-town upbringing. Outside of the office, Simon enjoys going to Carolina basketball games, listening to live music, and spending time with his friends and family.
