Frank, a Member of the Firm, primarily practices in areas of corporate and banking law, administrative/legislative representation, and municipal law. He is counsel to several trade associations. He currently serves as a hearing officer for the North Carolina Board of Nursing and as Town Attorney for the Town of Morrisville.
