Killoran is an associate of the firm who focuses her practice on business and corporate law, and landlord/tenant and leasing law. She provides general counsel to businesses on commercial contracts and transactions involving the purchase and sale of businesses and advises landlords and tenants on the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases and on other aspects of landlord/tenant and leasing law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Killoran worked as in-house counsel for a commercial real estate investment trust, as well as a global investment bank and financial services firm, handling various transactional, regulatory, and advisory matters.
Killoran earned her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she served as the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law. Killoran earned a B.A. degree in Political Science at the University of South Carolina.
