Lori is a Member of the Firm whose practice is focused on general and complex litigation and employment law, as well as work with community associations. Lori handles a variety of litigation matters, including business litigation, corporate disputes, and employer/employee disputes, and routinely advises employers in personnel matters. She is experienced in both the business and community association realms in handling discrimination claims, as well as best practices to avoid such claims. In the community association field, she often advises board members and property managers regarding other legal aspects of community association law, including corporate governance, covenant interpretation and enforcement.
