Our Approach

The firm has represented businesses, industries, and trade associations in legislative and government relations matters before the North Carolina General Assembly for many decades. Our attorneys advise clients on legislative strategy and advocacy related to laws and regulations that affect their industries and operations.

We currently serve as counsel to approximately  20 trade and professional associations, industries, and corporations, providing a full range of legislative services. Our work includes bill drafting, lobbying in support of or opposition to proposed legislation, and monitoring legislative activity to keep clients informed of developments that may impact their business interests.

We take a practical, responsive approach to legislative representation, helping clients anticipate regulatory change, engage effectively with policymakers, and protect their interests throughout the legislative process.
