Mollie practices in the firm’s litigation section. She handles general litigation matters, including real property disputes, community association law, commercial litigation, and construction law. Prior to joining the firm, Mollie worked for over seven years at a civil litigation defense firm, where she regularly represented and defended homeowner associations, insurance companies, contractors, corporations, and individuals against liability actions in court. More recently, Mollie was an Assistant Attorney General advising and representing the North Carolina Department of Transportation on environmental matters, including permitting and variances related to DOT projects and activities.
