Rhian is an associate in the firm, practicing primarily in the litigation section. She handles general litigation matters, including real property disputes, community association law matters, commercial litigation, and construction litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Rhian practiced civil litigation as an associate attorney at a local firm, where she managed an active caseload and obtained valuable experience litigating in courts around the state.
In law school, she gained experience in civil litigation through her position as a Student Attorney in UNC’s Civil Legal Assistance Clinic and as a Legal Intern for a local civil litigation firm. She was also a member of UNC Law’s Holderness Moot Court and served as an Articles Editor for the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology.
Rhian enjoys traveling, painting, hiking, attending concerts, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
