JORDAN PRICE ANNOUNCES NEW PARTNERS
Raleigh Law Firm Jordan Price Wall Gray Jones & Carlton, PLLC is pleased to make two partnership announcements effective January 1, 2023: J. Matthew Waters and A. Vason Hamrick.
J. Matthew “Matt” Waters has been elected an Equity Partner in the Firm, following on the heels of his election to income partner in 2020. Matt is a native of eastern North Carolina, born and raised in Little Washington. Matt is currently Vice Chair of the NC Bar Association’s Real Property Section, and is Chair of the Section’s Community Association Committee. Matt holds an undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and a law degree from Campbell University School of Law.
Matt is an effective advocate for clients involved in litigation, and an experienced counselor helping his clients avoid the cost, expense, and emotional toll taken by litigating disputes in the courtroom. He primarily practices within the Firm’s community association practice, while also handling a range of complex business and real estate litigation matters.
A. Vason Hamrick has been elected an Income Partner in the Firm. Vason is a native of Raleigh, N.C. In his current practice, he works on a wide range of business and corporate matters. He advises clients on business purchase & sale agreements, non-compete agreements, and regularly handles closings on various loan and sale transactions. Vason holds undergraduate and law degrees from UNC – Chapel Hill.
