Brian Edlin, a partner with the Firm, will be speaking at a construction law continuing education seminar on Thursday October 20, 2011 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. at the Sheraton in Chapel Hill. The course is approved for continuing education credit for architects, engineers, contractors and lawyers. The title of the seminar is “Law of Construction Defects and Failures” and will cover such topics as defining defects and failures; types and causes of defects and failures; liability for defects and failures; and strategies for reducing defects and failures.
