Brian will join Jeffrey R. Appelbaum of Thompson Hine LLP and John G. Cameron, Jr. of Dickinson Wright PLLC to present “Case Study: Design-Build in the Real World,” which will explore the different flavors of design-build—including bridging and progressive models—and when each delivery method is most effective.  The presentation will examine key provisions that are incomplete, misunderstood, or missing from standard form design-build contracts and use the Cleveland Downtown Hilton as a case study; it was constructed on time and on budget for the 2016 Republican National Convention and was Ohio’s first publicly owned vertical design-build project.
