Kyle Lewis is a senior associate in the firm’s litigation practice, where he represents businesses, individuals, and community associations in a wide range of disputes. His practice includes construction defect claims, real property disputes, collections, estate and trust litigation, and general commercial and civil litigation. Kyle has handled matters from initial intake through jury trial and represents clients in courts across North Carolina, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. He is also certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission to mediate Superior Court matters and is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina.

Kyle approaches each matter with a practical, detail-oriented mindset focused on achieving efficient and effective results. He works closely with clients to evaluate the full scope of a dispute and pursue solutions that align with their goals, while remaining prepared to take a strong and strategic position when litigation is necessary.
