Henry, a Member of the Firm, primarily practices in the area of civil litigation, legislative representation, construction law and community association and condominium law. Henry was one of the first practitioners of community association and condominium law in North Carolina. In 1995-1996 Henry served on the Committee which prepared the draft legislation which was eventually enacted as the North Carolina Planned Community Act.
Following the enactment of this legislation in 1998, Henry participated in the numerous amendments to the Planned Community Act and the North Carolina Condominium Act in 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2008. Henry has represented clients before the North Carolina General Assembly since 1979. Henry has consistently been listed in the rankings of the most influential lobbyists in the North Carolina General Assembly by the North Carolina Center for Public Policy Research, Inc.
