Jordan Price is proud to announce that Mollie L. Cozart has been named a Partner in the Firm effective January 1, 2026.
Mollie is a native of Lumberton, North Carolina, and concentrates her practice on community association law, with additional experience handling matters related to real property, construction, and real estate development. She earned her undergraduate degree from Meredith College and received her J.D. from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.
