The firm has several members practicing in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution that are North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission Certified Superior Court Mediators.  They are available to assist parties in resolving their differences, whether the parties are in pending litigation or otherwise.  In this role, the firm’s attorneys serve as neutral mediators working hard to negotiate mutually agreeable settlements when possible.
